Whitney Waugh is the founder and owner of Living Essence Massage & Bodywork. She has always wanted to help people optimize their health journey and is dedicated to providing massage and bodywork that is holistic and customized to each client's needs. She is trained in a variety of therapeutic massage and bodywork modalities: Neuromuscular/Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Swedish.

Whitney is also a professional modern dancer and choreographer in Denver, CO. She runs her own adult modern dance company, Whitney Waugh Dance. She teaches adults and children across the greater Denver metro area in addition to providing massage and energy bodywork in Colorado.

The sky light was quite jarring. Maybe covering it would mean a better transition for the patients eyes when transitioning to their back
