She draws from modalities including deep tissue, sports massage, Swedish, Zen Shiatsu, Thai Yoga, prenatal massage, CranioSacral therapy, Reiki, cupping, Chi Kung, reflexology, and hydrotherapy to help clients leave feeling aligned, balanced, and renewed.
