I have not always been united in mind, body, and spirit, but with the power of touch I have been able to change that and find a balance between the three. I am now dedicated to helping people through the power of touch to unite their own mind, body, and spirit. I am trained in a variety of modalities; Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Sports 1, Aromatherapy. As well as prenatal massage.

I am a Colorado native, growing up in the Green Mountain area in Lakewood. I attended Colorado School of Healing Arts where I received my 700hr massage certification. Located in the Green Mountain area in Lakewood is my space in my own home where I invite you into! 

Personal hobbies include reading, enjoying music, hooping, crafting, and enjoying the great outdoors Colorado has to offer! I also am very interested in essential oils, herbs, and crystals. I am looking how to use all of them to help promote healing in the body, don't hesitate to ask about working with these tools for your massage to facilitate more healing!

Mckenna is a massage guru. She is highly intuitive and able to find knots and muscle ailments better than anyone I've ever visited. On top of her skills as a therapist, she is a kind soul. Highly recommend her to anyone.

McKenna does a great job working the muscles gradually deeper to release multiple layers of tension. I greatly appreciate the option to get 120 minute appointments!

Went in for Swedish massage and walked out completely refreshed. Very attentive/intentional about checking in. Excellent technique. 100% would recommend.

McKenna really listens to your preferences. More importantly, she tunes in as she gets to work. She is a skilled and intuitive practitioner. I came in with some serious shoulder issues. She worked her tail off to work it out. I feel a whole lot better today. She is a natural healer.

She’s an amazing massage therapist in my opinion. She had helped me get through Frozen shoulder. I still see her bi weekly for massage work. I would recommend her to anyone.
