I am a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in uterine health, fertility, prenatal, labor, postpartum and infant massage. I am also a Certified Birth Doula and Certified Reflexologist. Basically I love all things bodywork as it relates to pregnancy, birth, postpartum, babies and uteruses!

I graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2008 and received an Advanced Certification in Prenatal, Labor and Postpartum Massage in 2009 from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. I have been a birth doula since 2012, although I am currently only taking a few doula clients a year.

Although my specialty is birth & bodywork, I work on any and all types of clients with all types of bodywork needs, by providing massage that integrates deep tissue, Swedish, and sports techniques. I love working on clients with chronic pain, because I love seeing the results my clients receive.

I was born & raised on Denver's North Side (AKA Berkeley and the "Highlands"), and I currently live in Golden, CO with my handsome and talented husband Andrew, my step-daughter Phoenix, and son Harrison.

Loved Liz’s style- calm, knowledgeable and kind. Helped adjust to my perfect level of pressure. Her birth work related experience shows. Thank you!

Expert massage!

Liz is truly amazing. The way she understands the body and is able to locate problematic areas and provide release is second to none. I have been coming to her for years. She has seen me through two pregnancies and had helped me stay mobile and feeling good as a strength coach in my years postpartum. I recommend her to everyone looking for massage.

Liz provides amazing massages! I love how she will work additional areas if she has time so you end feeling refreshed all around.

Amazing prenatal massage! Focuses on the “nooks and crannies” instead of just the larger muscles. Great for a pregnant woman who is looking for deep tissue/more therapeutic massage.

Felt very comfortable, physically and mentally. The maternity pillows were so nice and comfortable as well. She asked about pressure and adjusted each time she felt that it was too much pressure for me

I have had Liz as my massage therapist for over 8 years now! I began seeing her during my third pregnancy and hired her as my doula. However, through this experience, she also began massage with me. Her massages have been beneficial for me as I have chronic inflammation from an autoimmune disease. She always assesses my health and addresses my concerns when I see her. Her Ayurvedic massage on my stomach has been restorative and healing. She has taught me how to massage my own stomach in between visits and this has been a practice I use on my own family. Additionally, she is calm, kind, and knowledgeable. I'm grateful to have her as a partner on my health journey.
