I’m originally from Wyoming and moved here to be with my husband and find a career that allows me to help people. After working in the social work field for a few years I realized that it wasn’t for me. So I decided to go to massage school. I enjoy sports massage, deep tissue massage, and helping people with injuries. In order to achieve some relief from injuries I like to utilize cupping and hot stones. Seeing progress in my clients and how massage work can be beneficial is really encouraging. Massage isn’t going to be the only thing that helps your pain, so I like to give stretches and self care techniques that will help aid in the healing process to keep you pain free!
