I didn’t get my first massage until I was 41 years old. Like a lot of people, I didn’t know the benefits of massage and figured that the aches and pains my body felt were just normal for getting older. It wasn’t until my wife became a Massage therapist that I started to receive massage on a regular basis and noticed what a drastic improvement it made on how I felt.

Prior to being a Massage Therapist, I have been a Medical Laboratory Technician since 2007. I have a background in Biology and Anatomy and was trained as a phlebotomist. I never figured I'd change my profession, but after spending some time around other massage therapists and helping my wife study for her classes, I realized how much I already knew about the topic and that I was extremely interested in finding out more. So, I decided I would like to change my focus to helping people more directly with feeling better and living life without pain.
Clients tell me that I have a firm, but comforting pressure during massages. This is probably because I really focus on using just enough pressure to get knots out and for muscles to release. But I never want to use so much pressure that it’s hurting the client.
I strive to give you a session that will ease stress and melt away tension without forcing your muscles to release before they're ready. I do this through multiple massage modalities, plus the use of hot stones and aromatherapy.
I graduated from The Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2019 and have been working ever since to show more people that they don’t have to just deal with how their body is feeling. I like to encourage every client that they are an active participant in their own healing and that you really can feel the difference in your body through receiving more massage. I just want to share what I've learned with anyone who might be in the position I was for the first half of my life.
