Bonnie has always been an artist, working in the visual arts  as well as movement and dance. She has found personal healing through her own embodiment and strives to help clients find healing and feel more at home in their bodies.  Through her experience as a dancer, movement artist, and yoga practitioner she has come to understand  that the body is a work of art  and it contains the inherent wisdom and ability to heal itself when given the right supports. She is often described as a peaceful person and she brings this into her practice.  In addition to massage therapy, a session with Bonnie may include breathwork as well as mindfulness practices.  As a yoga instructor she offers a safe and supportive environment in which the practitioner may find more freedom in their body and mind, connect with their authentic self, and discover their personal truth. Her bodywork style is intuitive, connected, fluid, relaxing and at the same time it is structurally therapeutic. As an integrative bodyworker Bonnie creates a unique  experience tailored to each client's needs, and helps them to feel more balanced, connected, and whole.
