My goal is to release the knots and tension isolating the muscles from their full potential of movement. My style of massage is slow, intuitive and effective.

Went to Lility after reading so many amazing reviews - they were all SO accurate!! I was in so much pain and could barely lift my arm when I walked in. I walked out feeling like a whole new person! I cannot believe how much better I feel. Abbie is so knowledgeable, knew exactly how to fix my issues and is just overall amazing! I will definitely be going back.

Abby is an outstanding therapist. I just moved here from PA and it was a blessing to find such a competent and pleasant therapist. I am 120% satisfied and she will be my regular therapist! I recommend her highly!

I made an appointment for the 90 minute hot stone massage. I let Abbie know what some of my problem areas were and she took care of them. Her long gliding strokes with hands warmed by the stones felt amazing. I felt great afterwards. Highly recommend.

I always look forward to my appointments with Abby. She is very professional and capable. She knows the muscles and skeletal system and does a great job of applying her knowledge to treatment of patient needs. She is also very personable and caring about her client's health.
