Vanessa knew exactly what to address when I told her I had pain in my waist. I was skeptical at first because the areas she massaged in my opinion didn’t align with my pain but I was wrong! I haven’t had waist pain in one month!

Vanessa is an exceptional therapist and an amazing person as well. She sat with me first and we went over my physical traumas and residual pain issues, including an aggravated chronic issue which was the main issue. Then, she did a physical assessment of those issues and focused on them. She even found issues that I wasn't aware of. She tailored the pressure of the message to what I was comfortable with, and really it was perfect. It was never too much pressure. She also used multiple techniques to resolve some of the more challenging issues, which really makes her stand out. This wasn't a typical massage, but therapy. My chronic issues haven't felt this good in years, and it also realigned some energy issues that were blocking my creative abilities. I now have both the energy and focus to start creating again.

Vanessa is welcoming, always upbeat and positive. Very caring person taking a genuine interest in my wellbeing. By far the best therapist I have experienced. She can adapt our session to what I am feeling and needing. I work out 4-5 days a week and this is an important part of my routine.
