Over 20 years as a massage therapist, I have worked in spas, clinics, offices, health fairs, shops and hotels. I have skills in various modalities and have learned to combine them in a way that helps my clients more efficiently.

Hypnotherapy

Graduated 2018 and have been working with clients ever since. I specialize in guided hypnosis which involves an interview process to determine goals and desires and then deep relaxation through guidance, and interactively, doing internal work together to attain the goals/desires stated. I am also skilled at teaching self hypnosis skills for use alone.

Meditation

Guided Meditation

A lot like hypnosis but less interactive. I have 8 years experience using breathwork and a guiding voice to help clients relax their body and mind in deeply healing ways through the use of guided meditation. I am also skilled at teaching self guided meditation skills.

Crystal Bowls Sound Healing

8 years as a crystal bowls sound therapist. I have done group therapies in churches, parks, camps, homes, offices and for private clients. The magic and true effectiveness of quartz crystal healing is still unmeasured but deeply transformative in the realm of body/mind/spirit.

Better than spa experience in comfort of my own home. Very skilled in numerous techniques which provides a very integrative relaxing theraputic experience. I have had numerous therapist over he last 15 years, been in Colorado for the last 6 and Samantha is at the top of the list. Her soft intuitive hands will melt your muscles and leave your with a blissfull experience. She is a very compassionate beautiful soul.
