I gained experience in the health care profession by working in the dental field during my late teens & early twenties. Having experienced the high levels of stress and the various musculoskeletal aches & pains that come from working in the dental industry, my goal now is to help Dental Professionals stay in their chosen career longer with less pain than I had. I like to use my experience to help those who suffer from symptoms related to TMJ Dysfunction and to manage pain from dental procedures & braces. Whether using Vacuum Cupping Therapy, Craniosacral therapy, Intra-Oral Therapy, traditional bodywork, or Reflexology, I am dedicated to providing compassionate support to people living with chronic pain.


Massage Therapy has provided the support I need to help my body deal with chronic pain, and I want to be able to share that relief with others. I have an Autoimmune issue that affects my daily life, but therapeutic massage has helped me live a better quality of life with much less pain & stress. If I had known about the benefits of massage earlier in my dental career, I could've saved myself many days and nights of dealing with severe pain.

I graduated from CSHA (Colorado School of Healing Arts) in Lakewood Colorado with an Associates of Occupational Studies degree in Massage Therapy. In addition, I also received training at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy formerly in Boulder, Colorado.

In my spare time, you'll find me immersed in artwork, drawing, crafting, doing calligraphy, or cooking. My sweet husband and I love spending time together taking walks, playing with our two cats, and running around with our nephew & niece.

I was having trouble with my shoulder and leg. She explained what it could be and wrote it down so I can talk to my doctor. Besides that, both leg and shoulder was much better from her knowledge and proficiency.
