Either a session where they can relax or a session where real therapeutic work gets done for their muscles. And I'm here to tell you, you can absolutely have both. 

At Crystal Phoenix Massage, We strive to give you a session that will ease stress and melt away tension without forcing your muscles to release before they're ready. I do this through multiple massage modalities, plus the use of hot stones and aromatherapy.

I graduated from The Denver School of Massage Therapy in 2015 and opened my private practice in Lakewood in 2017. I also hold an Associates Degree from The Colorado Film School.

Tree of Life is the first position I took as a therapist after graduating from Massage school and I stayed there for 3 years before opening my own private practice. Everyone there is amazing and I learned a lot in that time from other therapists and about my own style. Chris was so easy to work with, I had/ have problems getting on the table & turning over, I wanted to lay the way it would be easiest for her to do the best beneficial massage . She told me for me to be comfortable & she'd find a way to do it.
