Aspen is joining Sweet Massage in February of 2021, with 6 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist. She graduated from Florida College of Natural Health and the University of Central Florida where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in sport and exercise. She is also a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine, focusing on individuals who suffer from metabolic, cardiovascular and respiratory conditions. As an LMT, Aspen is a structural integrative therapist who treats each individuals’ muscular imbalances with variations of cranial sacral therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue and sports massage. Additionally, she is well versed in lymphatic drainage, reflexology, hot stone, and prenatal massage. Aspen is thrilled to be continuing her career here in Colorado and exploring the state’s natural beauty.
