Sarah was born and raised in Central Florida. She attended Cortiva School of Massage in 2011 and graduated with Academic Excellence in Massage Therapy. Sarah is trained in a variety of basic and advanced approaches, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, neuromuscular, myofascial release therapy, trigger point work and hydrotherapy. She is passionate about massage therapy and committed to providing client-centered care.
