Facilitating healing through touch.

During my time as an office manager of a psychotherapy office I made connections with many different people. In these connections I began to develop a sense of how important touch could be in the healing of a person as a whole. This is when I decided to enroll in a massage therapy program at National Holistic Institute. As a Certified Massage Therapist I hope to fulfill my dream in facilitating healing of the whole body, encompassing mind, body and soul through bodywork.

Shae is wonderful. It is a calm and peaceful experiance. There are certain pressure points that clear my sinuses and others that make my muscles ripple. It helps my circulation and takes away all my aches. I highly recommend going to get a massage from Shae.

You haven't had a massage until you've had a massage by Shae. If she moved I would follow her! Everyone Needs to be Kneaded.

Shae Lynch is by far the best Massage Therapist I have been to. She did an assessment prior to massage and was able to focus on and work out knots in my most problematic areas.
