My current interests include performing bodywork to the healing sounds of music produced by live plants. I am also fascinated by somatic experiencing, nervous system healing and structural integration. I practices cranio-sacral therapy, reiki and polarity therapy. I am a certified American Council on Exercise Personal Trainer and National Academy of Sports Medicine Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Jo did a great job with the perfect amount of pressure to help me with the knots in my upper back. Additionally, she incorporates some stretching into the massage with really increased my range of motion.

Jo was unbelievable. I am not from the area, or I would go to her every chance I had! She asked about pressure, areas I prefer, etc. and worked specifically with what I asked her to do. She politely stepped back when I turned over to allow for privacy, while helping me with the blanket. She asked a few questions but was kindly quiet in order for me to enjoy every moment! She added me on at the end of the day and I believe put in a little extra time as well. It was absolutely healing and wonderful. Thank you so much, Jo! Next time I'm in Florida, I'll be back!
