I feel so incredibly fortunate that I follow my heart and intuition and that is how I became a massage therapist.  I went to an american massage school that had a campus in Costa Rica, which at the time was like a second home to me for many winters.  I returned to Montauk, NY where I had been living for more than 10 years already and started my own mobile massage company and loved every moment and am thankful to have started my career working with so many experienced and knowledgeable clients.  I grew up in So. Florida and returned here 4 years ago to be closer to my immediate family.  I was fortunate to be hired almost immediately by Palm Beach Four Seasons and started to get settled in when I saw the office space available sign for what is now my massage studio and once again followed my intuition and now have created an amazing place for me to deliver results and relaxation.  I specialize in paying attention to what your body is presenting and moving slowly which allows for effective release of the fascia and tension, creating more internal space and natural mobility.  To have a client express their elation at there neck feeling longer, that they can raise there arm up over their head when they couldn't before the treatment, that is what I live for.  I am extremely blessed to be a part of someone's life changing moments and their future's.
