Having been born and raised in Northern New Mexico, I got to witness and experience a great many different healing modalities growing up. I knew at a young age that I wanted to help people be happy and feel good. As a chef, I spent a portion of life doing my best to create a memorable experience with each dish I presented, not just with the flavors but the beautiful presentation as well. As my knowledge expanded, I decided to leave the kitchen to become more hands on with doing good things for people. And what better than Massage Therapy to take me to the next level for helping people be happy and feel good. I was lucky to live in the same town as the massage school I graduated from. There I was introduced to Traditional Chinese Medicine and learned how to incorporate Acupressure Points into a massage treatment. I got to experience and deliver energy balancing techniques. I learned Swedish, Thai, Deep Tissue and Myofacial Release techniques. I have blended everything I have learned into a uniquely beautiful presentation of a healing experience. My techniques will vary but my goal is always to help you fell better.
