I realized this was my true calling as soon as I attended a class describing the school and what was expected of us as students. Massage is truly my passion. I've taken an assortment of continuing education along the way. I feel I've really honed my skills over the years. I treat many different types of clients with varying issues. If you suffer from chronic pain or the occasional headache, I believe I can help you. CSMT was a school that really focused on sports massage, so I'm very well versed in not only deep tissue work, but very specific work. I feel that's what most people are truly seeking when they ask for "deep" work. I'm also trained in Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy. These are unwinding techniques that can be very effective in loosening tissue and helping with pain. I'm also a Reiki Master since 2005. Energy work is a also a wonderful tool in combatting pain & stress.             In 2010 I decided to further my education by becoming a Licensed Esthetician. This 750 hour program taught me about different skin types and various skin conditions. I'm well versed in treating acne and in treating aging skin. My facial not only treats the skin, but the entire person.  A session consists of the facial and additional massage to the hands & feet. Not only will your skin look amazing when you leave, but you will feel like a new person. This treatment is very relaxing. By the time I've cleansed and massaged the face, most people are well on their way to nirvana. I pride myself in the fact that I'm able to incorporate stellar massage with this treatment. It's not only satisfying for the client, but for myself. I really enjoy doing facials. It's a very satisfying feeling for someone to love how their skin looks, and feel ultra relaxed when they leave. I offer chemical peels if you're looking for quicker results in treating skin issues. I will customize a skin care regimen for you, that will lead to your best skin ever!

Being in the field of Massage Therapy for 25 years, I've taken lots of continuing education. I'm trained in deep tissue, sports and trigger point therapy. I'm trained in Myofascial Release (John Barnes) and Cranio-sacral therapy (John Upledger). I'm certified in Pre/Post-Natal massage. I graduated from The Chicago School of Massage Therapy in April of 1993. I'm a Reiki Master as well, since 2005. I then went on to become a Licensed Esthetician. I graduated in September of 2010 from Tricoci University of Beauty Culture. (TUBC)

I was gifted the serenity package and it was AMAZING!! It had been a very long time since I had a facial, and this experience was wonderful!! Dina was very professional and informative about the process during the facial. I almost fell asleep twice, went home relaxed, and my skin looked and felt simply incredible!!! Would highly recommend Dina. She knows how the body works and knows how to relieve pain using various techniques. If massage isn’t your thing, I would highly recommend her facials.
