When I was 8 years old, I knew I wanted to be a massage therapist. For 20 years as a licensed massage therapist, I have had the joy of helping people feel better. My clients have spanned all ages and stages of life. My training and experience have helped me meet their needs. I love what I do!

In addition, I have been trained in Craniosacral Therapy and Healing Touch energy work. 

My training allows me to help people with: chronic pain, head aches, mobility, athletic performance, prenatal discomfort, stress management, anxiety, overall tension relief, mental clarity, memory, quality sleep, energy issues,  

I believe when clients enter my space, they trust that I will honor and respect them as individuals and I will do my utmost to facilitate their healing and well-being.
