I have studied Mosby's Sports and Exercise massage by Sandy Fritz.

Myofascial Release

I studied at the Swedish Institute in New York. We focused on myfascial release to relieve the TMJ dysfunction and thoracic outlet syndrome.

Active Isolated Stretching

I studied at Oregon School of Massage. In this course we studied active isolated stretching for the feet and legs. This technique engages the muscle in a short stretch 6-10 times to open up the range of motion within the joints.

Oregon School of Massage

I studied neuromuscular therapy at Oregon School of massage.

Anatomy and Physiology

I studied anatomy and physiology for a year at Portland Community College. This helped deepen my knowledge of the body and all of it's systems.

Fitness

NIA White Belt Training

NIA White Belt training is a week long work shop studying the fitness practice of NIA. NIA is a neuromuscular and anatomy based form of movement and dance for the body, mind and spirit.
