My specialty is working with clients who have had to change their way of life to accommodate chronic pain and recent injuries.  Many of them come to me frustrated, having tried many approaches to alleviate their pain, with little or no success.  I take the time to understand each client and their unique situation.  Not only do I use very efficient techniques to alleviate the symptoms, but I also incorporate thorough assessment tools to identify the root of the issue.  I look at my work as a partnership with my clients to return them to optimal health.  

Having spent several years teaching massage, I have a passion for educating my clients so that they feel empowered when it comes to their health.

Tabitha knowledge of the muscles/body is very impressive. She listens to you then caters the visit to your needs. In just one visit, I felt improvement in my target areas. I was expecting your typical massage but instead was delighted that it felt more like a treatment which is exactly what I needed.
