Massage is a holistic experience involving body, mind and spirit. I feel honored to be included in your healing journey. I believe in addressing myofascial pain as a whole system. While it is great to release tight muscles, the pain will return if we fail to address the kinetic chain imbalances that created or were caused by those muscles. 

Practicing massage since 2013, I have enjoyed thousands of hours of work in therapeutic treatment massage with amazing people whom I consider myself fortunate to have had the opportunity to help.

I had a 90-minute deep tissue massage with lacy to address chronic neck and shoulder pain. She is incredibly knowledgeable, pinpointed the exact problem areas, and adjusted the pressure perfectly throughout the session. I left feeling like I had a new back, and the pain relief was lasting.
