Massage is a holistic experience involving body, mind and spirit. I feel honored to be included in your healing journey. I believe in addressing myofascial pain as a whole system. While it is great to release tight muscles, the pain will return if we fail to address the kinetic chain imbalances that created or were caused by those muscles. 

Practicing massage since 2013, I have enjoyed thousands of hours of work in therapeutic treatment massage with amazing people whom I consider myself fortunate to have had the opportunity to help.

She was very responsive to what I asked for - didn’t just do a practiced massage, but really listened to me. Great pressure, nice room, lovely personality. Love her dynamic use to cupping during the massage. Would highly recommend.
