Massage is a holistic experience involving body, mind and spirit. I feel honored to be included in your healing journey.

Practicing massage since 2012 in the Portland Metro area, I have enjoyed thousands of hours of work in therapeutic treatment massage with amazing people whom I consider myself fortunate to have had the opportunity to help.
Aside from massage license, I hold a CPT certification focusing in corrective exercise. I believe in addressing myofascial pain as a whole system. While it is great to release tight muscles, it is a moot point if we fail to address the kinetic chain imbalances that created or were caused by those muscles.

Lacey was great and my back felt much better once I left.

I never had a massage before. I told Lacey that it was slightly painful and uncomfortable. However, she didn’t change her approach. She told me to take a deeper breath. It might be correct that it was possible that I did not like any massage at all, however, I thought she should be more accommodating since she was the professional and understood how it should felt. Honestly, my vertigo got really bad after the massage, and I was sore and bruised
