Massage is a holistic experience involving body, mind and spirit. I feel honored to be included in your healing journey. I believe in addressing myofascial pain as a whole system. While it is great to release tight muscles, the pain will return if we fail to address the kinetic chain imbalances that created or were caused by those muscles. 

Practicing massage since 2013, I have enjoyed thousands of hours of work in therapeutic treatment massage with amazing people whom I consider myself fortunate to have had the opportunity to help.

Unfortunately I was there for message therapy. So I was already in some pain. Lacey was very good, and listened to all my concerns. And knew what was best for me. However painful it was. Not Her Fault. I did feel better later after the message. She did a great job.
