My fitness journey began growing up as an athlete in the sport of softball. At a young age I fell in love with achieving my best as performance athlete and the idea of exercise and movement. In high school and college I switched loves and dove deep into the sport of wrestling. This inspired me to learn as much as I could about the human body so I could optimize my athletic performance. While attending Pacific University my passion for human movement grew as I learned more about the body and the process of human transformation. I experienced tremendous transformation myself through college and fell in love with the process. I experienced a taste of what my own human potential could be when I achieved All-American Honors at the Women's Collegiate Wrestling Association National Tournament my junior year. In 2016, I graduated with my degree in Exercise Science - Integrative Physiology and went on to receive an education at East West College of the Healing Arts for my license in massage therapy in 2019. Today I am happily helping my clients to move easier and feel more comfortable in their own bodies by helping them reduce pain, improve posture, increase strength, increase mobility/flexibility, lose weight, and relieve stress. My goal is to inspire greater self love through exercise and bodywork so my clients can get out and start living the life of their dreams.
