I’ve been working with AnneBritt at Lighten Up Massage for many years, and she is truly exceptional. What sets AnneBritt apart is how far she goes beyond a typical massage. She has an incredible understanding of anatomy and looks at skeletal alignment, muscles and tendons to understand what may actually be causing your pain.
In addition to techniques like cupping and hot stones, she incorporates PT-type movements and has given me exercises and techniques to use at home to help with my neck issues.
Anna doesn’t simply work on where something hurts—she looks for the underlying mechanics of why it hurts. Her knowledge and highly individualized approach are why I’ve continued going to her for so many years. I highly recommend her!
