With over 20 years of experience and combined knowledge of how the body works and the gift of touch, she uses an integrative and holistic approach in listening to the body.
She specializes in providing pain relief & healing through a range of bodywork techniques and modalities that allow each session to best suit your individual unique needs, providing positive benefits for your health and well-being.

Modalities include:  Myofascial/Soft Tissue Release, TPT/Deep Tissue, Acupressure/Reflexology, Cranial Release Technique, Pre-Post Natal, Manual Lymph Drainage(Pre-Post Surgical).

Natalie is currently working on her Holistic Nutrition & Health Care Practitioner Degree and Bowen Therapy Certification and is an active Yoga Practitioner.
