For me, I could always feel what was going on in someone's body and always felt drawn to the areas that needed more attention or that had blocked up energy. After a session not only does my client feel more at ease and at peace, but I as well feel grounded like I had just meditated after a session. It amazes me all that our bodies do for us on a daily basis. They are our vehicles that transport us through life and give us the means to experience all that comes with it. I love being able to perform deep tissue on clients , helping them to manage their pain and stress levels through bodywork. I also love the energetic aspect of massage because I feel like everything is intrinsically tied together. When people are stressed or experience negative emotions , they hold those emotions in their body and most of the time need help releasing them. Massage therapy is such a beautiful gift to be able to give to others, and I feel so thankful that I truly enjoy what I do and enjoy helping others gain a higher quality of life through bodywork.

Completed the Massage Therapy Program at ASMT along with Master Bodywork Program. Worked at Dolce Salon and Spa for two years. At Dolce I trained incoming therapist on hot stone protocols and reflexology treatments. I also did one on one training to help other therapist increase their sales and customer service quality. Worked at Massage Therapie in Sand Diego for 2 years. I have attained continuing education credits for completeing courses in Neuromuscular Therapy, Massage for people living with cancer, Reiki, Traditional Reflexology along with New Age full body Reflexology, Critical Myofascial Strategies, and Lower Lumbar Release.

Cailey is the very best massage therapist I've ever had. She finds area in need of work that I didn't even now I had. She has done marvelous work in restoring function to my legs after joint replacement surgery. She gets into the muscle and tendons and makes them work well again She's many levels above any other massage therapist.
