When I had my own injury in 2001 it caused me to look for therapies that were truly effective in reducing pain.  I took a 20 hour continuing education class from John Barnes, Myofascial Release I, in 2005.  I was just expecting a continuing education class so I could renew my license, but it changed my pain and my life forever.  At this time I have taken 11 courses through Myofascial Release Seminars, some of them multiple times. I am listed as an Advanced Myofascial Release Practitioner by John F. Barnes Myofascial Release.

Grace was wonderful. She made sure to understand where I was experiencing discomfort, and really focused on key areas during my session.

Grace has helped me so much with my muscle pain caused by tightness. I highly recommend her. Excellent work.

Grace is incredibly friendly, communicates well with you leading up to appointment and creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere during the massage. Not sure if the technique was helpful as it was my first time and would need more to feel it's effects fully, but I felt comfortable and was stress free after. Location is excellent for me, but cost after initial massage is a bit high (unless I was going once a month, but I plan to get worked on once a week/2 weeks). Would still highly recommend.

The overall experience was wonderful. I am starting to feel better. Things are beginning to loosen up, still have a ways to go. Thanks for taking me at such short notice and for seeing me on Saturday.

Grace was very professional and skilled at massage. I had neck pain that was causing headaches, but she worked on my neck and I haven't had any problems with it for three days.

Grace new my trouble area just by looking and touching. I did not need to tell her. She could just tell. Incredible experience.
