When I had my own injury in 2001 it caused me to look for therapies that were truly effective in reducing pain.  I took a 20 hour class with John F. Barnes, Myofascial Release I, in 2005.  I was just expecting a continuing education class so I could renew my license, but it changed my pain and my life forever.  At this time I have taken nearly all of the courses offered by Myofascial Release Seminars, some of them multiple times. I am listed as an Expert Myofascial Release Practitioner by John F. Barnes Myofascial Release.

I was so surprised about what I felt was little pressure helped to release and work so much in my body. This was so much different from trigger point, Thai, or sports massages; yet so much more beneficial. Such a great start to repairing the years of damage to my neck and upper shoulders.

I like everything. Very pleasant person, finds right spots to work on, makes me feel very relaxed, flexible with time.

As a person with Charcot Marie Tooth disease, I love how Grace listens to me. She welcomes my feedback regarding what part of my body to work on, how long, and the amount of touch. I ALWAYS feel better after Grace works on me. So blessed to have found her!

Grace is always professional and friendly. She has a way of quickly finding the tension in your body and releasing it. At the end of our session my neck felt so much better. She also talked to me about how tension in other areas of my body impact the pain that I’m experiencing and worked those areas out. I was anxious about seeing someone during the pandemic, but was in so much pain I need to. Grace made me feel comfortable by explaining her thorough cleaning and safety practices. I would highly recommend her to anyone with pain or even just looking to treat themselves.
