I have personal experience with recovery from multiple surgeries, injuries, and unfortunate life situations where unwelcome physical or mental stress was keeping me from enjoying a pain-free life, so I understand what you may be dealing with.


I am a great communicator, and I am patient. We will accomplish your wellness goals together.


Massage Therapy is my second career, following 20+ years in sales and consulting.
