I have been a licensed massage therapist for five years.  In that time I have focused my energy on recognizing and correcting muscle tissue dysfunctions.  My goal is to reduce pain and improve quality of life for my clients.  I began my journey as a therapist atBlue Cliff College in 2010 and am now the owner of my own private practice located within Advanced Alternative Wellness working alongside Dr. Jerrilyn Primeaux, Chiropractor, and Lauren Manuel another highly gifted massage therapist.  I have continued education credits in Ashiatsu which is the practice of massaging clients with my feet, The psychology of the body,  and I am a certified medical massage practitioner which means I can accept your doctors prescription for massage and have the knowledge to assist you in the process of getting reimbursed from your health insurance for medically necessary massage treatments.
