Since then, I have received training in areas such as Medical Massage, Deep Tissue Myofascial Release, Thai Yoga Therapy, & Reiki.. and here we are!

She questions me about how I am feeling and asks about any problem areas that she needs to be aware of. Jennifer also asks for feedback regarding how I feel when she knows that she has found a knot, e.g. how does it feel when she applies a certain pressure and if it is too much pain.

I’ve received many good massages but very few therapists take the time to heal damaged tissue and realign the body. I look forward to many more sessions for increased mobility and wellbeing!

Great massage! Jennifer made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. She had a gentle approach but she had the perfect strength to loosen up my tight muscles. I loved her use of hot stones and aromatherapy too.

Everything was wonderful. I went in for back issues and felt so much better when I left. I could move more freely. I had been suffering for a few days and was delighted that I could walk and move better.
