 It is my goal and passion to bring comfort to others as we navigate our way through life and all the challenges that we experience.  Be it body, mind or spirit, a compassionate human touch can bring great comfort and create space for healing to begin wherever it is needed.  

I attended IUPUI school of continuing education massage therapy program and received my certification in 1998.  I hold certification and training in: Hot Rock massage, Reflexology, RUIT (repetitive use injury therapy), Reiki 1 & 2.  

In 2013 I became a certified healing touch practitioner.  Healing Touch is defined as a bio-field therapy by the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine and is recognized by the holistic nurses association.  And Most recently I have been certified in massage cupping though the International cupping therapy association.

My techniques are customized to your specific needs; chronic pain relief, migraine relief, life transitions, relaxation and more.
