I have been practicing Massage for 26 years this year-almost half my life at this point! I moved to Boulder to go to Massage school with no intention of staying yet here I am. in 2016 I opened a beautiful new practice in old town Lafayette. I was in my prior location for 10 years. We like to work with clients who are willing to take responsibility for their own health. I help clients to heal through the use of Massage Therapy, private yoga and use of essential oils. Specifically I love working with back and neck issues, weekend warriors, stress-relief, pre-natal/post-partum and women in mid-life. You will often see my dog, Banjo, at the office. He loves to lay next to the massage table. When not at the office you will find me in a yoga class, working out or teaching yoga and barre at Kaia Fit, running with Banjo or wondering what  my teenagers are up to.  Please come visit us!
