REVIEWS for my Bodywork services

Myofascial release / therapy is different than any other type of therapy pertaining, in my case, to skeletal muscle problems. Marsha is incredibly skilled and intuitive. As someone who has problems from scoliosis and cluster headaches, she has helped tremendously in reducing pain and tension caused by my conditions. Highly recommend!

I cannot sing enough praises for Marsha and Myofascial Release Therapy! Everyone should do their research and everyone with pain should go running to find a therapist. Marsha is the best!

This was all new to me so I didn’t know what to expect. Marsha did a great job talking me through the whole experience and helping me understand my role in this healing process. And added a benefit of describing how this was beneficial beyond the physical space. Very perceptive. I walked out feeling much better with less pain than I’ve had in months. I feel I now have a path toward improvement.

Great experience. Marsha is very knowledgeable and professional. I learned as she worked on me. Felt relaxed as she worked on getting my body back into alignment.

Really has helped me gain more flexibility in the past few months. It feels good to be able to actually stretch my muscles without having to do physic therapy and without anywhere near as much pain. I have lost more than 10 pounds in just 4 months without even trying! With my scoliosis, muscles in my shoulders would bunch up and hurt so bad I could hardly breathe and move, and although I have been seeing a chiropractor for a few years which has really helped with that, the other day I was having this issue in my right shoulder and Marsha was able to relieve not only the main knot but also a few others in the area and we ended up also working on my upper and mid back where my scoliosis is because the knot was also affecting those regions. Also, my tight muscles are far looser than they had been due to getting this therapy, and I don't even do the jiggling and small exercises Marsha sometimes gives me all the time!

Marsha does an excellent job. I’d recommend her for anyone needing myofascial work on their body.

That it is worth the money and time. You will get results from the treatments. The approach is gentle, the atmosphere is soooo relaxing to assist to get your body and system relaxed before, during, and after your visit.
