I focus on Thai yoga massage therapy, a traditional Thai medicinal practice that incorporates movement (passive stretching, joint mobilization, rocking) along with massage techniques such as compression and acupressure along Thai energy lines.  Ultimately, this work reduces body tension and pain, quiets the mind and produces a lightened sense of being. 

I studied at the Denver Integrative Massage School, the Institute of Thai Healing Arts in Westminster, CO, and with a number of amazing and generous teachers practicing Thai massage.  I am extremely thankful to the Thai teachers and people of Thailand who have generously shared this amazing practice with the larger world.

A holistic view of the body and the world we live in has always been integral to my life.  This view has been shaped by my studies (MS in ecosystem science at the University of Washington) and my continued work and volunteer experiences in natural resource conservation and management.

In 2017, I opened my part-time massage business, having taken three additional years to practice Thai massage on friends and family after receiving my massage certificate at Denver Integrative Massage School and my massage license in Colorado in 2014. During that period, I gained valuable perspectives through continuing education studies with Yuki Tsuji, Sunny Klaber van der Star, The Thai Institute of Healing Arts in Westminster with Kristine Traucht and the Thai Bodywork School of Thai Massage in Evanston, CO with Chuck Duff and Doug Ringwald. I continue to study the Thai healing arts as well as yoga, trigger point therapy, western anatomy and Thai bodywork with the vision of providing integrated therapeutic massage sessions suited to my clients needs.
