I've been practicing massage for over 13 years. I graduated from Concord Career College with 750 Hrs of massage training and hands on learning. I then continued my education by interning in Physical therapy clinics in San Diego. When I graduated in 2005, I wanted to continue to work in a clinical atmosphere to broaden my knowledge of Anatomy and Kinesiology.  I worked for chiropractors for over 5 years. Which led me to being the personal massage therapist for San Diego's hockey team the San Diego Gulls.

Through my extensive knowledge of neuromuscular, myofascial, and trigger point release. I have developed my own style of restorative healing.

I don't just make my clients feel good, I work with my clients by making the mind body connection towards living a pain free life.
