I should have found Richard years ago. In only one session, the improvement that Ive felt is indescribable. Its hard to believe how out of order my shoulder has been until now. How was I just living like that and training with really locked up rotator cuff? All I know is RIchard helped me immensely and I intend on seeing him regularly.

Richard’s services are always so helpful. It’s helped with the sports that I do, paddle boarding, mountain biking, as well as the construction that I have been doing for decades. I rarely have to ask or explain what’s going on with my body…he always finds the troubled areas and addresses them.
