Her signature massage is Contrast Therapy during which she uses warm stones and cool marble to melt the month's stress and tension away, adding eastern techniques which balance the body's energy pathways and improve overall flexibility using acupressure, stretching, and rhythmic pressure.
Lisa is also a member of the Nebraska chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association. She was personally trained by Ann Murley, Eric Stephenson, Dr. Pam Popper, Dr. David Bole, Terri Kaus, and Claire Marie Miller, nationally known educators in the fields of massage therapy, nutrition, acupuncture, kinesiology, and reflexology. She also works with grounding and cupping modalities, tuning forks and biomagnetic pair therapy. She is also an advocate for the "Emotion Code" book by Dr. Bradley Nelson.
Lisa lives with her family in LaVista, NE. She offers a unique blend of massage modalities, heat therapies, muscle testing and essential oils to help her clients get what they want: More Energy and Less Stress.
