A year ago, I began my myofascial release journey with Emily. High school injuries—back, hips, shoulder, neck, hamstring—left me in constant pain. I felt hopeless.
Emily is a bright ray of sunshine. She explained the mind-body connection. She showed me how my tailbone impacted my back, sacrum affected my hamstring, misaligned hips caused pain, and occipital affected my neck/shoulder. Emotional tension added to it all.
