My 11 year old had the most amazing experience with Emily. She was able to relax, let go, and allow Emily to facilitate what her body so badly needed to do to provide relief from her head, neck, and belly. Emily's session allowed her to create space inside of her body and in her mind that helped her process something she has been through along with using her voice to talk to me about it. My heart is so full of gratitude. My words simply do not do justice for how much this session meant to my daughter and myself. I would also like to point out that Emily made the environment so welcoming and comfortable while also asking me to check in and giving me the comfort to be able to watch/ be near by with an open door to ease my own mind that there is no true separation from my child and I have full access at all times. Incredibly professional and just all around an amazing experience. Can not say enough good about it.

I truly believe I have found some relief from my chronic pain that has been a part of me for over 30 years. For reference, I have tmjd, fibromyalgia, and psa. I have been to eight appointments and have scheduled more to continue treatment. Emily is skilled and knowledgeable, professional, supportive and makes one feel comfortable, safe and heard. If you have been considering myofascial release for yourself, and haven't taken the leap, this is your nudge to give it a go. Anyone can benefit, and it can be life changing! I had my first headache free social outing in many, many years!
