It's time to move on and leave your stress and aches behind

My personal experiences with spinal abnormalities have pushed me to find relief for my symptoms while leading me to further learn the importance of maintaining a stable core.  As I became more mindful of my daily activities and their effects on my body, I found ways to modify my lifestyle and alleviate some of my symptoms.  Recreational research in nutrition, fitness, and bodywork helped me to discover that I was equally passionate in sharing this knowledge as I was in acquiring it.

Through formal training in massage and bodywork, I had learned of the interdependence of the different organ systems of the human body and how their functions influence each other.  Just as we are all unique with our individual health concerns and goals, so too are the vast modalities of massage and bodywork as they vary in approach, application, and results.  Although each modality has been known to deliver benefits on their own they have also shown greater results when they are combined.

I had received diplomas in Massage Therapy and Medical Assisting from the Everest Institute in Chelsea, Massachusetts and had been licensed to practice since 2012.  My training was comprised of an array of modalities and techniques with an emphasis in:

  • Swedish
  • Deep Tissue
  • Neuromuscular Fascilitation
  • Myofascial Release
  • Sports Massage
  • Range of Motion, Stretching, Strengthening
  • Structural Integration
  • Craniosacral Therapy
  • Acupressure
  • Thai Massage
  • Shiatsu
