My goal is to help you feel better in your body so that you can live the life you want.
Living a healthy lifestyle myself, is important to me. Working out, meditating, spending time outside, eating organic foods, getting acupuncture and regular massages are all part of my healthcare practices-not just what I advocate for clients. I believe that we have an obligation to take care of one another, and that begins with self care!
I was a JCPS teacher for 20 years and have lived in Louisville since 1987.
