Not all who wander are lost
I've been a massage therapist since 2003, graduating from the amazing Colorado School of Healing Arts and have worked with a chiropractor, a studio and for myself in that time. I love projects, of working on people and finding a solution or finding just a moment of peace for people to be able to relax and just be. I'm really excited to be stepping back out into my own business again and look forward to seeing where things take me.

Best massages ever from Liz!!! The massage room is clean, comfortable, relaxing and conveniently located. Liz is amazing at adjusting her pressure and technique based on what your body is needing for that session. I love the add-ons she offers and take full advantage of the hot Himalayan stones and aroma therapy. I drift into a meditative and blissful state during my sessions and feel rejuvenated and relaxed afterwards. I’m so glad I found Liz and I highly recommend her!

I LOVE getting massages with Liz! I’ve gotten massages for years and I’ve never been loyal to a massage therapist before until now because there has never been anyone that has been as amazing as Liz. HIGHLY suggest you go see Liz if you’re in a need of a knowledgeable, experienced, massage therapist!!
