Abby Karvakko - Bergerson (Manson) is the owner operator of Northwoods Prana, Yoga & Massage Therapy. She is licensed in the State of Michigan for massage therapy and holds a 200hr certification in Hatha Yoga with special emphasis on adaptable practice for all bodies, all abilities. Northwoods Prana is a Holistic Practice that uses science and “whole body” awareness techniques to best support clients’ health needs and goals.
