Our bodies are phenomenal instruments capable of marvelous feats: consciousness, emotion, movement, energetic transformation, healing, and creating new life.  For all of our strengths, the rigors of life can take their toll on us, leaving us us feeling tired, sore, sluggish, depressed and in a fog.  Keeping the instrument of our body tuned can be difficult without the proper tools.  That's where Therapeutic Bodywork can help.  Over ten years of hands-on experience and education in the field of Massage Therapy and Bodywork have taught me how to guide my clients back towards harmony.  


Many clients ask me which modality is best for their individual circumstance.  The answer is often the same: by treating the body as a whole, physical, energetic and essentially human - balance can be achieved.  Facilitating the body's own internal healing mechanisms through a blend of massage and bodywork 'techniques' has proven to be the most effective approach in my practice.  Using the principles of structural alignment and integration, Swedish massage, and CranioSacral Therapy, I work with the body's many systems to address pain, headaches, limited flexibility, postural imbalances, anxiety and stress.
