Janessa’s own healing journey began in 2013 when she decided to heal her unhealthy relationship to food & substances through yoga, movement & nutrition. She felt her true calling to help others ignite when she realized the power of self care. Massage therapy eventually sparked her interest after a student in her yoga class told her she had a natural gift for touch. 

In 2017 she studied 650 hours of massage therapy at AIM, the Ashland Institute of Massage where she learned modalities such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, thai & swedish. She also has been trained in 500 hours of Hatha yoga & yoga therapy in India. Janessa is a certified health coach through INN & holds Reiki 1 & 2 certification as well.

With her widespread knowledge of many healing modalities she brings a unique whole body integrated approach into her sessions that is both therapeutic & relaxing. Her passion for the healing arts continues as she also coaches women to empower themselves through embodied movement, emotional intelligence, intimacy & conscious relating.
