I received a B.A. in Dance from Washington University in St. Louis in 1997. An injury while in school led me to receive bodywork for the first time, and after experiencing it's profound benefits, I decided to pursue a career in massage.  I attended Boulder College of Massage Therapy in Boulder, Colorado in 1998, where I learned a wide variety of modalities including Shiatsu, Swedish Massage, Injury Rehab for Dancers and Athletes, Treatment for Repetitive Use Injuries, Whiplash Treatmen...

An injury while in school led me to receive bodywork for the first time, and after experiencing it's profound benefits, I decided to pursue a career in massage.  I attended Boulder College of Massage Therapy in Boulder, Colorado in 1998, where I learned a wide variety of modalities including Shiatsu, Swedish Massage, Injury Rehab for Dancers and Athletes, Treatment for Repetitive Use Injuries, Whiplash Treatment, Reflexology, and Hot Stone Massage. The birth of my 2 children led to my interest in Prenatal, Postpartum, and Infant Massage. My ever deepening practice and study of Yoga led me to Thai Massage and Ayurvedic Massage. While I love to offer the gift of massage to women, my greatest joy and passion continues to be dance. I share it's healing potential to the body, mind, and spirit in my classes: Planet Motion World Dance Fitness, Hoop Dance, and Modern Dance.
