I’ve had pain in my left shoulder for weeks before I went to Christina, and within 10 minutes of her working my left shoulder, I could feel the pain start to melt away. The next day my muscles were obviously sore but the tense, tightening pain is completely gone! I had a misfortunate situation happen right before my appointment time and I showed up a bit late, but she was very accommodating and allowed me my full hour still! (Thank goodness she had the time and availability) very thankful for her skills and kindness. Will be back :)

I have been getting regular massages from Christina for over a year. I continue to be amazed at the range of skills and types of massages that she gives in a single session. A single session with her, at my request, includes deep Swedish massage at the specific pain points and tight muscle areas in my back and legs; soft, touch, loving massage in my arms and legs; gentle stretching, massage in my neck and shoulders; and firm, stretching motions in my hands and feet. It feels like every month or two the effectiveness of her massage keeps getting better and better. After every massage I feel a wonderful glow for the rest of the day, and I feel an enhanced sense of well-being for the next several days.
