I have studied and practiced massage and bodywork since 2000,
and for six years I have maintained my personal training certification. My journey and interests as a life-long
learner have drawn me to study in wild edibles and medicinal plants, earning my
naturalist certification, and to study forest therapy known as Shinrin
Yoku. Also, I am earning an AAS in
Business/Hospitality Management from Pellissippi State Community College. When
I am not studying I enjoy hiking, camping, gardening and spending time with my
husband, Mikey, and our two dogs: Titan, a German Shepard mix and Stella, an
Australian Shepard mix.
