I've been a massage therapist in the Triangle area for 7 1/2 years now. I began a career in massage therapy after high school where I developed a passion for the body and how it works.

I have taken many different continuing education courses including but, not limited to Myofascial Release, Hot Stone Massage, Prenatal Massage, and Low Back Pain. I also graduated from massage school with the skills of Trigger point, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports Massages, and Chair Massage.

I enjoy providing first massages because I know my clients will have an experience that cannot be duplicated and will ensure that if they do not receive another massage, it will not be because they had a negative first experience. I enjoy introducing someone to see the value in massage therapy.

I specialize in healing! If someone is hurting, I strive to fix it. Trigger Point and Deep Tissue, not the painful kind, are my go to modalities to jump start someone's healing process and experiencing less pain.

I also have a background in Physical Therapy as I am a Physical Therapist Assistant working with the geriatric population.

I am available to provide massage in the Raleigh/Durham, Triangle area.
