When I was pregnant, my doctor required me to see a physical therapist. I was amazed at how they could touch one sore point, to relieve an entire area of pain. I thought it was exciting and cool so much that this physical therapy experience convinced me to get into massage therapy. In 2004, I began the Massage Therapy Program at Miller Motte College (Cary NC), in hopes to transfer into a Physical therapy program. I was later informed that massage therapy was not a transferable for Physical Therapy. I accepted the information and chose to continue massage school to become a Professional Medical Massage Therapist.

I am certified in Aromatherapy, Advance Practitioner Certification in Lymphatic Massage, certification in Massage Cupping (1), advance skills in Medical Massage Therapy.  I have experience with clients having neck, upper and lower back pain, range of motion issues with lifting their arm, lymphatic massage and more. My office is located in Raleigh, North Carolina, Just Massage Therapy.
Some of my favorite things to do is relaxing in the sun, exercising, and increasing my knowledge on the systems of the human body and its movements.

Tameka has really helped me with back and neck pain. I really enjoy the therapy and believe in it 100% because it's working for me. I will never go anywhere else to get a massage, unless of course I'm out of town for vacation. She's truly the best out there.
